TRAINING PHILOSOPHY

Im not a writer. I am a strength and conditioning coach and nutritionist. Where I may make grammatical errors on my posts, I make less errors on the gym floor. With my time invested in this industry, along with my passion to serve people, I have developed a “sky’s the limit” attitude with each and every client.

Lets face it, Pow(R) Performance has a product that frankly, is needed by everybody but appeals to so few. I’ve been quoted as saying, ” You have to be a little off to do what we do”. If your interested in what that means, well, it means hard work is hard. It hurts from time to time. Sometime it’s the back and sometimes it’s the ego. Dedicating oneself mentally and physically to self improvement is rare quality these days. People seem way to content with the natural “aging process” if you know what I mean. Congrats if your one of the few that care.

My intense training environment is not only catered to the individual’s goal, it keeps in line with today’s busy schedules. By keeping training times to under 45 minutes, I get maximum workload in each session while keeping people on schedule in life.
