Welcome to the Pow(R) Performance Weekend Warrior page. The Weekend Warrior camp is a custom designed total body training camp helping improve clients strength, flexibility, lifting technique, body composition and attitude . This Saturday/Sunday athletic style camp is intended for lifters of all levels. The camp not only caters to our busy lifestyles (just 2 hrs on the weekend), it will also teach proper training principles and training methods you can take with you.

The camp will use 30 day templates. Each month will be dedicated to a particular type of training. By repeating our efforts from week to week, it allows for measured improvement in lifting form, repitition and weight progressions and not to mention confidence.

So whether your a warrior of sorts looking for a extra challenge, or someone with limited time to train, the Weekend Warrior program is a perfect fit.
