These plates are laser cut in the USA using high-quality steel. They are then powder coated for durability and resistance to all rust and moisture.
Plates are sold as a pair in the following weights:
5.75lbs plate, when combined with the vest this will give you a 14-pound vest. 14 pounds is regulation CrossFit weight for women.
8.75lbs plate, when combined with the vest this will give you a 20-pound vest. 20 pounds is regulation CrossFit weight for men.
13.75lbs plate, when combined with the vest this will give you a 30-pound vest. 30 pounds is for those that want something a little extra to push themselves.
